75-day challenge tracker you can print, dated from your Day 1
Short answer
A 75-day challenge tracker lists every day of the challenge with its date and a box for each daily task, so you always know which day you're on and a missed box is obvious. In the Streaksheet builder you type your tasks and your Day 1, and it prints a two-page dated checklist, a 75-box progress map and a weekly check-in sheet.
Why the dates matter
Seventy-five days is long enough to lose count. A tracker that already has the date beside each day number answers that at a glance.
For example, start on Monday 12 October 2026 and Day 38 is Wednesday 18 November, and Day 75 is Friday 25 December. A dated sheet saves you working that out, and it shows you the finish date from Day 1.
What goes in the task columns
Whatever your version of the challenge says you do every day. The list can be about reading, money, a creative project or a household reset; the tracker doesn't care. Write each task as something you can tick: "Read 10 pages", "No takeout", "Journal one line". If you're still choosing, the 75-day challenge ideas page has lists to start from.
Decide before Day 1 what a missed task means for you (restart, or carry on and note it) and write it at the top of the first page. Arguing it out with yourself on day 52 is harder.
The four sheets
- Checklist, days 1–38 and days 39–75: one row per day with the day number, weekday and date, and a box under each of your tasks.
- Progress map: 75 numbered boxes, each with its date. Colour one in at the end of every day you finish all your tasks.
- Weekly check-in: eleven rows, one per week (the last covers days 71–75), with space for what went well and what you'll adjust.
The checklist is the daily record. The map is the one to stick where you'll see it, because the coloured block grows and the empty part shrinks.
Keeping it going past the middle
- Tick on the day. A box filled from memory three days later is a guess.
- Use the weekly check-in. Ten minutes on a Sunday to write what worked catches drift before it becomes a restart.
- Keep the map in sight. The fridge or the bathroom mirror, not a drawer.
Print your tracker
Open the Streaksheet builder on the 75-day challenge pack. Name the challenge, pick Day 1 and type up to 8 daily tasks. All four sheets update as you type and the preview is free. Printing is $7 once (prints for 31 days, no renewal) or $5 a month; either one prints every pack.

Questions
Does it include the 75 Hard or 75 Soft rules?
No. Streaksheet doesn't preload any program's rules. You type the daily tasks for the version you're doing, up to 8, and they become the checkbox columns.
Can I make it 30, 60 or 100 days?
No. The challenge pack is fixed at 75 days. For a month-long goal, the monthly habit grid in the Habits & routine pack is the closer fit.
What happens if I restart?
Change Day 1 in the builder and every date on all four sheets moves with it. While your printing is unlocked you can print the new set.
Can I print it from my phone?
Yes. On a phone the pack opens as its own page with a Print or save as PDF button.
Is it free?
Building and previewing are free; the preview is watermarked. Printing is $7 once for 31 days or $5 a month.
